I have been fortunate enough to call Santa Barbara my home since the 1970's. After buying and selling a few homes, I was intrigued by the variety of the business, and decided real estate could be a good fit for me. It is a career that I am still very excited about, and I look forward to going to work every day.
I have been an agent with Century 21 Butler Realty Inc. since I received my license in 1987. Century 21 is the most recognized name in real estate, and has proven to be an excellent choice. I am a Centurion agent, which is the top 3% of all Century 21 agents worldwide, a member of the Century 21 Honor Society, and a recipient of the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award. I have also achieved CRS and GRI advanced designations.
I have sold properties in all areas of Santa Barbara, from Goleta to Carpinteria and Santa Ynez Valley, and have experience in all types of real estate transactions as well as property management. I am hands on in getting a listing ready for the market, and know how to stage a home to present it the best way possible. I have been project manager for many renovations on listings to maximize the return for my sellers. I am a full time real estate professional, committed to building long term relationships with my clients who become part of my real estate family.

After lots of encouragement from my mother-in-law and real estate agent Julie Ouellette, I received my real estate license in 2017. My eye for detail, passion for creativity (and all things pretty!), and desire to please makes real estate a most satisfying fit. I have the the ability to provide sellers with the best and most creative marketing strategies, an essential tool in the real estate world today. I listen to the detailed needs of my buyers and “shop” endlessly until we have found “just the right fit”. Making you happy makes me happy!
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, but was fortunate enough to marry a local Santa Barbara boy. After falling in love with Santa Barbara (and the boy) 10 years ago I dreamed of possibly raising my family in SB. Dreams do come true! I am now living in SB with my husband, raising my two babies, working hard, and enjoying the Santa Barbara life!
Nick Ouellette
I grew up in Goleta and around the real estate world. After years as a photographer in Los Angeles, SB was calling my name! April and I moved back to Goleta in 2017 and after a few years of working with my mom and April, as well as all of the wonderful Santa Barbara realtors, as a real estate photographer, becoming a realtor myself was the obvious next step. I am currently in the process of becoming a licensed realtor and do all of the photography and videography for The Ouellette Team as well as many other local agents.
